Holy Sheet comes in a half sheet or full sheet size and is available in three gorgeous colors. I opted for “broccoli” green. The hue is not as vibrant as the picture to the left. It really is a more muted color like, well, broccoli.
This baking sheet has an aluminized steel core and is coated with a naturally non-stick ceramic surface. So no mystery non-stick toxic coating here. Just even baking and tasty treats ahead!
Emile Henry Grill + Oven Stone
Emile Henry is beloved for their fine ceramic stones with non-toxic glaze. Each stone is handcrafted in France. I’ve had the pleasure of using one and it really is a dream to use and clean. It’s also more than a pizza stone (although it’s marketed that way). This oven stone can be used to bake cookies or even be used on a grill or stovetop. It’s really the can do it all kitchen wonder.
Make it stand out
Last, but certainly not least. This baking sheet is similar to the Holy Sheet from Great Jones. There are however a few differences that concerned me. A few customers have said that the pan warps, the colored enamel on the outer surface also chips. For those reasons, I skipped this purchase. However, if cosmetic chips don’t bother you, this baking sheet is a worthwhile investment! It has an aluminized steel body with ceramic coating and stainless steel handles. It’s even oven safe up to 550°F!
