Step 1

Season two thin chicken breasts with garlic, pepper and lemon. Pan sear for 3 minutes on each side and cook on medium heat until the internal temperature is 165F. Set chicken aside to rest.

Step 2

Meanwhile boil pasta noodles until al dente or soft.

Step 3

While the pasta boils, make the alfredo sauce. Place a tab of butter in a pan with 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of flour. Whisk until well combined and slowly add in 1 ½ cups of milk or heavy cream while whisking.

Step 4

Increase heat to medium and allow milk and flour to thicken for several minutes. Then fold in the cheese. Season with garlic, salt, black pepper, fresh basil and sage.

Step 5

Drain the pasta and stir spinach into the noodles to wilt. Portion pasta into pasta bowls, spoon on some Alfredo sauce.

Step 6

Slice chicken breast or serve whole and arrange over the noodles. Toss sun-dried tomatoes, panko and additional parmesan on top of the chicken. Serve and enjoy!
