Amazing Chocolate Pasta
It's a common misconception that chocolate is an "oddity" in savory dishes. However, chocolate has been an essential ingredient or spice in many savory dishes for centuries as chocolate is a seed like fennel or cumin and is not sweet until sugar is added. In Italy for example there are recorded recipes dating as far back as 1680 that use chocolate in lasagne, pasta noodles, stews, soups and polenta. Even today it is very common in Tuscany to find and enjoy such dishes. Now you can easily enjoy chocolate pasta in the comfort of your home in as little as 15 minutes! Have a colorful day and enjoy!
